These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.ekorganix.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller information

This website is operated by:

EKORGANIX LTD
Company number: 16149809
Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU

2. Products

Ekorganix sells natural-fibre textile products, including towels, socks, bathwear, and related textile essentials.

We aim to describe all products clearly, including material composition, size, colour, use, and care information. Small variations in texture, colour, and finish may occur because many of our products are made from natural fibres.

Product images are provided to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • there is an error in the product description or price;
  • payment is not authorised;
  • delivery is not possible to the address provided;
  • the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency selected or shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed at checkout before the order is processed. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

The final order total, including product price and any applicable shipping charges, will be shown before payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days, unless a product page states otherwise.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country or delivery carrier. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Cancellations and returns

Consumers buying online may have a legal right to cancel their order within the applicable cancellation period.

Please see our Return Policy for full details on cancellations, returns, refunds, and exclusions.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ekorganix.com with your order number and photos where relevant.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Product care

Natural-fibre textiles require proper care. Please follow the care instructions provided with the product or on the product page.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, incorrect drying, excessive heat, bleaching, or failure to follow care guidance.

9. Wholesale and trade orders

Wholesale, trade, reseller, and B2B orders may be subject to separate terms, including minimum order quantities, payment terms, lead times, and return conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consumer return rights do not apply to B2B purchases in the same way as consumer purchases.

10. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence.

We are not responsible for:

  • indirect losses;
  • business losses;
  • loss of profit;
  • delays outside our reasonable control;
  • damage caused by misuse or incorrect care of the product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Website content

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, branding, and design elements, belongs to Ekorganix or its licensors and must not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time you place your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
