Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless the product page states a different dispatch time.
During busy periods, limited drops, holidays, or supply delays, dispatch may take longer. If there is a material delay, we will contact you.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on destination and carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 5–14 business days after dispatch
- USA, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Where free shipping is offered, this will be clearly shown before payment is confirmed.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.
Some economy or small-parcel services may provide limited tracking updates depending on the destination country and carrier.
Customs, import duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We cannot control customs processing times or charges.
Failed delivery or incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect it, we may deduct return shipping costs or charge for resending the parcel.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@ekorganix.com with your order number.
We will check the shipment and work with the carrier where possible.
