Return Policy

We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the policy below.

This policy applies to consumer orders placed through www.ekorganix.com.

1. Change-of-mind returns

For online consumer purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to send the item back.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • your name;
  • the item you wish to return;
  • the reason for return, if you wish to provide it.

You do not need to provide a reason for a standard cancellation return.

2. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be:

  • unused beyond normal inspection;
  • clean;
  • undamaged;
  • in resaleable condition;
  • returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. However, if the item has been used, damaged, washed, marked, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

3. Hygiene-sensitive items

For hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may not be returnable once opened, unless they are faulty.

This may apply to items such as socks, personal textile items, or other hygiene-sensitive goods where packaging has been opened or the item has been worn.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

4. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

For standard cancellation returns, we will refund the item price and standard delivery cost if paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount is refundable.

6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at info@ekorganix.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a suitable remedy in line with your statutory rights.

7. Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, we may not accept returns for:

  • custom-made or personalised items;
  • sealed hygiene-sensitive items once opened;
  • items damaged by misuse or incorrect care;
  • items washed, worn, marked, or altered after delivery.

8. B2B, wholesale, and trade orders

Wholesale, reseller, trade, and B2B purchases are handled separately and may not follow the same return terms as consumer orders.

Return terms for B2B orders should be agreed in writing before purchase.
