These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Ekorganix online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

## 2. Products
Ekorganix sells natural-fibre textile products, including FlaxSox linen socks and other linen, hemp, cotton, nettle, bath, and home textiles. We aim to describe material composition, size, colour, use, and care accurately. Because natural fibres vary, minor differences in texture, colour, weave, and finish may occur. Screen and lighting settings may also affect how colours appear.
## 3. Orders and contract formation
After you submit an order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, product or price information contains a material error, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable for the address, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
## 4. Prices, currency, taxes, and payment
Store prices are displayed primarily in United States dollars (USD). The final price, available payment methods, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
For international orders, import duties, VAT, customs charges, or handling fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer as described in our Shipping Policy.
## 5. Shipping and delivery
Orders delivered within the United States are fulfilled from United States inventory. Orders to other destinations are fulfilled from Europe and shipped internationally, subject to availability. ## 6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Consumer customers may notify us of a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, subject to the conditions and lawful exceptions in our Refund Policy. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with applicable statutory rights.
## 7. Product care
Natural-fibre textiles require appropriate care. Please follow the care instructions supplied with the product or shown on the product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing or drying, excessive heat, bleaching, alteration, or failure to follow care guidance, except where the law provides otherwise.
## 8. Website use and intellectual property
All store content, including text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, and design elements, belongs to Ekorganix Ltd or its licensors. You may use the store for personal shopping and informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, exploit, interfere with, or misuse the store or its content without permission or as otherwise allowed by law.
## 9. Availability and events outside our control
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event materially affects an order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
## 10. Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for indirect or business losses arising from a consumer purchase, loss caused by misuse or incorrect care, or delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
## 11. Business purchases
Wholesale, reseller, trade, and other business-to-business orders may be governed by separate written terms, including minimum quantities, payment terms, lead times, and return conditions.
## 12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections available under the law of the country where you live, and this clause does not restrict any jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
## 13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.
