# Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. This policy applies to consumer orders placed through the Ekorganix online store and is offered in addition to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

## 14-day return period

You may notify us that you wish to cancel or return an order within 14 calendar days after you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

After notifying us, please send the goods back within 14 calendar days. To start a return, email info@ekorganix.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will provide the correct return address for the fulfillment location that handled your order. Please do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

## Condition of returns

You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. Returned goods should be clean, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, with original packaging where reasonably possible. If an item has been used, washed, worn, altered, marked, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value where permitted by law.

## Hygiene-sensitive goods

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks and other used personal textile items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Where an item is supplied in sealed hygiene packaging, the right to cancel may not apply after the seal has been broken, where permitted by applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

## Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us promptly at info@ekorganix.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where helpful. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs as required by law.

## Refunds

We will issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return.

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by law. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable where the law permits.

Processing times imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

## Items that cannot be returned

Unless faulty or otherwise protected by law, returns may not be accepted for custom-made or personalised items, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the seal is broken, or items damaged through misuse or incorrect care.
